Creating Group/distribution lists

Hi,
Can anyone help me figure out how to import, or basically
copy and paste hundreds of addresses from an Excel
database, instead of retyping them all out to create a
distribution list of student contacts??

Import directly to a new, blank contacts folder specifically to hold those
student names. I recommend that you then skip the DL, which would be
diffcult to keep updated. Instead, you can select all the items in that
folder and create a bulk message with the Actions | New Message to Contact
command. Or, better yet, use the Tools | Mail Merge command to send an
individual message to each student using Word's mail merge feature.
