Creating Hyperlinks in Table Field

I have a table that contains a field that has values that
are urls. The field's form is set to hyperlink. The values
are displaying in blue, indicating that they are active
links. When I click on one of these links, it is inactive -
it does not take me to the designated Web site.

What do I need to do to make these link active?
