Creating Index of Tabs/Pages out of a OneNote notebook?

Anyone know if there is a way to generate an index of the Tabs/Pages from a
OneNote notebook automatically?

Thanks, this is cool. I guess there is no powertoy that does the TOC for the
entire Notebook, rather than just 1 tab/section...
