Creating Invoices in Microsoft Office Accounting Express 2008

Can the not paid stamp across the top of a newly created invoice be deleted
so that it doesn't show when you print it out? I would like to use this to
send to customers but really would like to not have this "Not Paid" printing
on the invoice.

I use Accounting Pro 2008. This problem can be resolved in the following
manner.

1) Open a New Blank Invoice
2) Under the "Actions" tab select "Manage Word Templates"
3) Look at the bottom left corner of the window that opens and find the
Details Line
4) Un-Check the box that states "Include Status Watermark"
5) This cleares the watermark from printing in your invoice.

Good Luck,
Dennis P.

Dennis, that is a good answer.

Another way to remove the status watermark is to uncheck the "Include Status
Watrmark" option from the print dialog, as follows:

1. Open any invoice, cash sale document(sales receipt), or a quote.
2. Select File\Print from the document's menu
3. On the print dialog, find and uncheck the "Include Status Watrmark" option.
4. Print or preview the document.

The watermark will remain excluded in future print or previews until the
option is selected again in the print dialog, Manage Word templates dialog as
Dennis described, or from the "select word templates dialog" that opens when
printing using word templates.
