Creating Keyboard Shortcut

D

Dave \IT\

I have user in my company who created a keystroke for a symbol using Ctrl+A.
Well, of course now when she tried to select all using Ctrl+A, she gets the
symbol.

How can I go about resetting the Ctrl+A keystroke to be assigned to Select
All?

Thanks

If she did it in Word... "Restore shortcut keys to their original settings
On the Tools menu, click Customize.
Click Keyboard.
In the Save changes in box, click the current document name or template
that contains the shortcut key assignments you want to restore.
Click Reset All.
Note Reset All will remove your customized shortcut key assignments
and restores the original Microsoft Word shortcut key assignments in the
template or document currently selected in the Save changes in box.

If she did not use Word, I'm sorry I don't know.
