Creating labels from Outlook 2003 Contacts List

A customer gets an error when trying to create labels
from the Outlook 2003 Contacts list. She was able to
perform this function in Office 2000.

Gets error message schdmapi.dll can not be loaded
reinstall Word. The customer ran a detect and repair in
Word and it did not fix the problem.

Thanks, I tried this and the file doesn't exist on my
Office 2003 PC.
