creating labels

Can someone please walk me through the steps necessary to turn my
existing Word document of mailing addresses into a page of labels? I am
following the Help instructions but can't seem to make it work. THANKS!

Hello Karen,

I just spotted this. Sorry for the delay.

First, some questions: What version of Word are you using? Is the data in
table cells? Do you have the labels document (i.e., with the labels
formatted but blank) already?

If you provide this information and it's not too far from my own procedure,
I'll prepare some notes.
