When creating labels i get this error " Record does not have the same number of fields as the first row in "File.csv" Ensure that all records have the same number of fields.

I checked the file and I can figure out when it does not work.

You have too many or not enough columns of data in your data source file.

There must be a column of data in your CSV for each field in your merge main
document. There must be a field in your main document for each column in
your data. If the two don't match, you blow up.

.... And just 2 thoughts on how that could have happened:

1- The source of the CSV did not have Field Names immediately at the top of
the data columns or weren't included in the output, or

2- The data source contained merged cells within the data range.

Other reasons are possible, but you'll have to either edit the CSV or
generate a new one after fixing the original source.
