creating letterhead in word

I am trying to create a basic custom template for others in my company
to use. I've created our letterhead in InDesign CS and am trying to
place it as a high res graphic in the background of a blank template.
I think I've figured out everything but the high res part. My graphic
is high res but the preview in word and the printed document are both
pixelated. How can I avoid this look?
