I'm not quite sure of what you're trying to accomplish. Color(lines, fill,
etc.) can be changed by selecting the shape (right click) and then using the
format functions to change the shape attributes.

Yes I udnerstand how to change format. But how would you color a shape with
more than two colors? I can do one or two colors. And I was wondering if it
is possible to apply more than two? For example, say I have a rectangle and I
want it to be filled with red, yellow and blue to reflect multiple ownership
of a task. How do I do that?
You can set up a shape to disaply a different colour depending on a custom
property (shape data) or you can have a shape that has a foreground and a
background colour. The fill pattern would determine how the foreground and
background colours merge. If you want more than two colours, then you have
to follow the basic rule for shapes; 1 foreground colour, 1 background
colour, 1 fill pattern, 1 line wieght, 1 line pattern, 1 text block, etc.
Anything extra requires adding more shapes to the mix and grouping.
