creating multiple graphs in MS Access 2000.

Anita Curtis

I need to create multiple graphs using MS Access 2000.
There are 89 districts and I need to develop several types
of graphs for each district. I have created a report
attached to a query that is group for example by
districts. I thought this would do it but I am not getting
the results I expected. The data doesn't stay linked.

Perhaps it is not that simple and I need to use pages
instead or maybe use code or perhaps I am just doing
something wrong. So my question is can this be done
in reports at all? I don't need html web pages because
the reports will be converted to PDF when all is done.

Thanks,
Anita

Make your DistrictQuery the RECORD SOURCE for your graph (DistrictGraph)

Use the DistrictTable as the Source for the report (DistrictReport)

Create a DistrictID Group Header or Footer in DistrictReport.

Link DistrictGraph to DistrictReport via DistrictID. (Master = DistrictID;
Child = DistrictID)

Move DistrictGraph into the DistrictID Header (or Footer).
