Creating new folder for template charts

Could someone explain to me how I add user-defined template charts to a
shared directory (in our case, the Z drive), rather than the default template
folder (on the C drive).

Sorry, this appears to have been covered already, but I do not understand
the answer.

Thanks for any help anyone can offer.
