Creating new form with Office SharePoint Designer 2007

Hi, I am creating a form using Office SharePoint Designer 2007. After
creating the new form and the edit forms, I am attempting to open the form
from the website, but get a blank page. I believe I have an error in the
NewForm. I have an information icon next to it, that tells me it is a custom
page. I initially opened the new form then did a save as to create another
new form page with an extension. Not quite sure what is not working. Any help
would be greatly appreciated. I have a project to complete.
