I placed this question in another Visio group with know response. My
question is not as sophisticated as the ones I find here so I thought it
might be an easy solution.
I created a new master. Using the "Cubicals (US Units) Panel" master, I
create a cubical of the dimension I need often. After grouping the elements
of the new drawing, I drag and drop this object onto "My Shapes/Favorites"
stencil.
When I start a new drawing and attempt to use the new masters in My Shapes/
Favorites I get something other than what I created. When I drag the new
"cubical master" onto the new drawing they appears as over lapping square
line drawings and the squares are offset a little to each other. A 60" long
by 2" wide panel with a gray fill is now single lines and now coloring.
Can you help? How am I suppose to create and save masters if it different
than what the Visio Help text provides?
