Creating new queries based on the results of filtered data

Hello,

I'm interested in creating a template database with macros that will allow
me to import data and create queries off it. There will be an already
existing query that will group the data once it is imported and I want a
macro to will be able to create a bunch of new queries, one for each of the
groups, that have a criteria based on the groups.

Hope this isn't too much to ask.

Kirk,

On the basis of what you have told us so far, this does not seem like a
job for a macro. Unless I am misunderstanding you, you wouldn't
normally use a macro to "create a bunch of new queries". Anyway, maybe
your question would be a lot clearer if you could provide some further
description of the tables and queries, and explain what you mean by
"groups" in this context, and give some examples.
