Creating new reports

Open your report in design view. From the menu bar select
View. Then select Sorting and Grouping to open that dialog
box. Under Field/Expresion enter the field in which the
data should be separated (e.g., Product). In the dialog
box make sure Group Header and Group Footer say Yes. Now
you can add fields in you footer, such as "=count
(Product)" to have a subtotal of Products for each
category. Hope this helps.
