Creating new stationary

I have created new stationary with our company logo on it, however when I add
a signature to the email, it moves the logo to the bottom (below the
signature). I have tried to format the logo to always be at the top, but
nothing seems to work. I am using html rather than Word. How can I fix this
so that the logo ALWAYS appears at the top of an email?
