Creating permanent UML Datatype packages

I want to permanently add a package to the UML system
object for Delphi data types, so that the package is
available to new drawings I create, the same as C#, C++,
IDL and VB packages are now. How do I do this?

Also, if I want to move the new package to another
computer (the one at home), is there a way to do this?
