Creating Photo Cultines/Captions

I have a photo wrapped by story text. I would like to add a cutline/caption
to the photo. How do I do this, so that it's a photo cutline/caption and not
part of the surrounding story? How do I create/position space to insert the
caption/cutline text?

Put the photo in a table, which is usually a good idea anyway. Then you can
put the caption above or below the photo in the table. You can separate the
story from the photo by setting a margin for the table.
