creating ppt background from my own photo or student art

I am a new technology teacher.

I am looking for directions on how I can make my own power
point backgrounds-design templates from my own photography
or student created art.

I have inserted the picture and made it a watermark, but
have to do this for each individual slide.

I appreciate any input any of you may have.
