Creating project based on template and saving to Project Server

Does anyone here have a working VB code sample that shows how to
create a project based on a template and save it to Project Server?
I've seen several snippets, but not a complete working example.

Hi,

One way is to use automation. For the VBA code record a macro of you opening
a template, then saving as a new project to Project Server and re-publishing
everything..
