Creating PWA site in SSP

Hi!

I'm getting famous message: "The Project Application Service doesn't exist
or is stopped. Start the Project Application Service" when trying to click
Project Web Access Sites in SSP.

Services Running
Central Administration
Document Conversions Launcher Service
Document Conversions Load Balancer Service
Office SharePoint Server Search
Project Application Service
Windows SharePoint Services Help Search
Windows SharePoint Services Incoming E-Mail
Windows SharePoint Services Web Application

There is no single error or warning in event log. Been searching the web for
a solution but non found.
Please advice.
