Creating recital program

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel I wish to turn a regular page horizontal, and split it in half for a multi page recital program. I want to be able to print pages in a way that I can just stack them, fold them in half, and the cover will be on top and all the other pages will be in order. How do I do this?
