Creating Relationships

I needed to create a new Relationship. I dragged a field from the left table
and dropped it on the
field in the right table. The relationship was created but I want to Enforce
Referential Integrety
but it is disabled as is a the other 2. Any ideas?
One more thing. This spellchecker is acting crazy... highlighing words that
are spelled correctly.
Spellchecking is from an Office product??
