Creating report with only specific records in it?

Hi I am new to access and use it for some simple databases.

I have a database with a table. One of the columns is a yes/no box. I would
like to use this column to specify if this record appears in a certain report.

How do I go about doing this. I have experimented with queries, reports and
forms and just can't get it to work.

Please help!

JP Theron_ZA,
In your query behind your report, specify the criteria against your Y/N
field as...
True
Or use a criteria of...
False
depending on what records you want to show/not show.
