Creating rules on incoming mails

Hi,

Can you please help me with two things:

- I am trying to create a rule with keywords in the subject line. In
outlook, when you add keywords for subject - it takes them as "OR" condition.
However, my requirement is keyword with "AND" condition. How can I implement
that in outlook? For example, I want to implement something like: subject
containing keywords 'pen' and 'pencil'.

- Can I apply a rule to an incoming mail to a particular folder? Currently,
the way things are working is: all rules are fired whenever a new mail comes
in the mailbox. However, I would like to limit a rule to fire only when the
mail comes to a particular folder.

1 - Don't think you can 'AND'
2 - All mail comes into the Inbox already so that's where rules fire from.
Rules only fire on send & receive not item moves so it can't work on moves
to other folders.

Well, the reason for me asking the 2nd question was precisely to implement
the AND condition which is currenlty not present.

The way I was thinking is: Say for example I have to implement the subject
keyword: "pen" and "pencil":
1. Put a first level rule on incoming mail in Inbox which will route
messages with keyword "pen" to a particular folder "f1".
2. Put a second rule on "f1" which will route the incoming mails coming to
"f1" to another folder based on the keyword "pencil"

Can the above be implemented?

Afraid not because rules work automatically only on incoming mail.
