Creating shortcust in My Document to my File sharing workspaces

This option in the preferences is great, is there any otherway of accessing
the files tool in a workspace other than cuting and pasting a new document
into this space. I understand that once you have created the document you
can work within the workspace but what I am looking at is if we can locate
the directory to save a document to or create a shortcut to that location.

Dear Marc,

According to your description and based on my experience, so far Groove have
not made the shortcut for users to open the document or file from workpsace.
However, Groove have published the SDK tool which can let the develper to
design the third party tool with public API from SDK.
