creating stationary or templete

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

I was previously using Eudora and was able to create stationary of letters I used frequently.

I send letters to clients that have the same content. I would simply pull up the stationary, fill in the name and send. The draft of the letter was saved under a title assigned.

Is there anyway to do this entourage? I thought about saving them in drafts but once I send the email it disappears, and I have to recreate the letter. Help!
