I am successfully using Tasks for personal goal creation
and follow-up. However, I frequently have a need to
assign sub-tasks to a particular Task (Goal) and am
unfamiliar if there is a way to "turn-on" subtasks in
Outlook.
Alternatively, I have thought that sub-categories would be
a useful alternative. In looking through the help file,
though, I cannot find a means of creating sub-categories
either.
It seems the only way to use sub-tasks or Categories now
is to simply create a longer list in the Master List. For
example "Automobil Maintenance" "Automobile Maintenance
SAAB" "Automobile Maintenance Chevrolet".
My purpose is to be able to quickly sort (view) related
sub-tasks under a major heading, not have individual tasks
that are not related except through a vague Category
designation.
Thank you...I have learned a great deal by reading the
posts here.
