Creating Subwebs

enigma

Hi everybody !

I have a problem which is giving me hard time.

My environment :

Microsoft Server 2000 - Not member of domain
MS Project Server 2002
MS Sharepoint Team Services 2002
MSSQL 2000
All my users have MS PSVR authentication

I have executed both pscomplus and proxycfg

I have installed SP1 of project server and Im having the following problem.
I cannot create subwebs when Im building my project from MS Project 2003
Prof. The following error occurs :

"Microsoft Project Web Access Documents and Issues are based on SharePoint
Team Services from Microsoft.
A SharePoint Team Services subweb needs to be created for your project
before you can share project documents or track project issues. Subweb
creation takes a few minutes, so if the project was just published, wait a
few minutes and then visit the page again. Otherwise, please contact your
system administrator."

Im finishing my plan and I publish the project on the server. When Im trying
to manually create the subwebs it works OK. Due to the fact that the Server
is not on a domain I have setup a user (locally) with admin rights in order
to publish documents as suggested in various FAQ's.

Can someone help me out with this ? I assume that there must be a problem
with proxycfg or something

Enigma:

SharePoint Team Sevices only supports Windows authentication. So, you either
need to open your system security to allow complete anonymous access to the
server or you need to provide local machine logons for the users. Keep in
mind that your approach will not yield an elegant solution.
