Creating summary data, returning only those rows whose quantity <> 0

I have two worksheets. One named 'configurator', the other named
'summary'. I want people to be able to tweak the 'configurator' page by
adjusting quantities of items on the worksheet, and them have them show
up in the 'summary'. Basically I want the 'summary worksheet to only
return cell references and values whose quantities are not equal to
zero. Trouble is, I don't know where to start. I've been racking my
brain, and I'm sure this has been done before, but does anyone have any
suggestions?

I've thought about IF functions, but I want to start checking for
quantities below what item has already been returned into the 'summary'
worksheet.
