creating table of contents

Can anyone help me?

I'm trying to create a table of contents in Excel 97(we have to us
this version for the course i'm doing) that looks a bit more fanc
than just using hyperlinks.

does anyone know of any guides that i could use?

your help would be really appreciate

Maybe you could add some pictures and then assign the hyperlink to the picture.

Taking what Dave said a step further, I like to use Textbox objects as
hyperlinks, formated to look like rich web buttons (colors, shading, etc).
This leaves you with a fairly rich look that is easy, no code and the text
is editable from Excel....

where I use Textbox objects as "buttons" to simulate the links across the
top of the page....
