Creating Templates for Scanned Forms

Hi,

First I apologize if this ends up being a duplicate, I received an error
after hitting post.

I work for a law office and we have several legal forms that have to be
completed by filling in the blanks. Up to this point my boss has been using
a typewriter but since it is not working I thought it would be a good time to
see if I could computerize these forms w/o having to type the entire form
(some cannot be duplicated you have to use the form as it is).

Has anyone created a template from a scanned form? If so, how did you go
about doing so or is it something that can't be done?

You sould scan in the image and put text boxes in where things get filled
out but that would be horribly ugly. And a major PITA to fill out. You'll be
much better off starting from scratch and recreating them as proper forms.
As for the ones you say can't be duplicated - sure it can as long as it's
not hand-written. *Anything* can be recreated with enough time and patience.
