Creating Templates

Hi there,

I would like to create new stationary with different gird patterns than
those I see in the program or on the communithy downloads.

Specifiaclly I am looking to created grided Engineer Paper.

That being said, how do I go ahead and make this? Is there a developers coed
that I need?
