Creating the form from a database

I have a sharepoint list which is my list of questions I want answered. Is
there a way to have the Infopath form display the list of questions AND also
provide boxes for the answers?

For fetching the list of questions from the SharePoint list, you can
have a query dataconnection that queries the SPS list questions column
and gives the questions.

How do I place the empty text boxes next to each of the questions?
It won't allow me to put a text filed in the repeating table.
