Can anyone tell me where I can learn how to create Frontpage
Themes/Templates?

FrontPage lets you format themes in their existing menu.
If you go to "format" "themes", and click on one, it
gives you the option to "modify" the theme. You can use a
graphic from nearly any graphics format, or create your
own, to insert as a theme.
