Creating two identical CD labels from a single MS Word document?

I have found some MS Word format CD labels that work with the variety I
buy from Staples. My question is this:

Each sheet has two CD labels on it. How can I make sure that both CD
labels in my MS Word template are *exactly* the same?

I have an image object and some text boxes that I put in the top CD
label in the MS Word document. Then I tried to copy them to the second
and move them around so they are in the same place as up above. But
it's not perfect, just close.

Someone told me recently that it's impossible unless you flip the label
around and print twice, because Word won't allow me to "duplicate" the
image object and text boxes on the top of the Word document to the
bottom of the Word document where the second CD cutout is. He said I
can only try to copy and paste them and try to make sure they are in
almost the same position.

Help? ;)

You should be able to eyeball it and lining it up using the arrow keys.
Often, when you copy an image from one part of a Word document into
another you will find that you might have to manuever it around. I would
also suggest that you set it so that you can see the grid lines. In
order to access the gridlines to appear on the screen use this method below.

To display the Drawing toolbar, click Drawing .
On the Drawing toolbar, click Draw, and then click Grid.
Select the Display gridlines on screen check box.
Choose the options you want.
For Help on an option, click the question mark , and then click the option.

After having the grid on the screen, it will be easier for you to use
the arrow keys method to nudge it to the right place you want.
