Creating user groups

How to create user groups in access and how to provide
password to them?

If creating Groups is what you need then:
Tools->Security->User and Group Accounts
opens you a window with existing Users & Groups.
Tab Groups brings you to the Groups. Press New and give
Name and ID (not Password) for your new Group (Note them).
Your new Group is ready and you can make Users members of
it using the tab Users.
Groups have no Passwords. Users do.
Workgroups now is something else (also no password)
