I have several questions about creating web pages in MSWord 2003, but this
one is the most important one.
First, about the Single Page Web file. I've used this with hit-and-miss
success. I am trying to create some web pages for my classes (I am a
teacher). Sometimes if I save the file as the .mht extension, it will
display correctly on the Internet when i upload it, sometimes not.
I thought that the initial problem was when I started the file as a blank
document then saved it as the .mht file. So I started my new document as a
web page, and then saved it as .mht. This worked out well for a couple of
web pages I did. However I have a couple of pages that do not display
properly. The only difference I can think of between the ones that worked
and the ones that didn't is that I cut and pasted text from a document into
the web page. (Once I c-p'd from a MS Word doc, the other from a notepad
doc.) Both files did not display correctly when I uploaded them onto the
Internet.
