Creating Web Pages with Word

I use Word to edit webpages. However, I notice recently that when I test
some pages in Internet Explorer, I get the message that "active content has
been blocked - do I want to continue etc". I haven't intentionally put any
active content into the pages. Can Word do this, and if so how do I get rid
of it?
