Hi:

I want to view all the project tasks in a single plan.
I came to know like this can be done through Master project plan.
Can anyone please tell me how to create a master project plan.

Thank you

Prasanna,

In Project Web Access go to Project Center and mark all the projects you
want to display in your master plan. Then simply click the 'Open' button and
click 'OK' when the error/information window appears. All projects will now
be imported to Project Professional.

Hope this helps...

Prasanna,

if you mark the projects with your mouse and then click the 'Open' button
with the Project logo, the projects should open or you should receive an
error message.

Let us know...

HI Marc:

I have opened the project center, selected the projects with mouse pointer
then after i click the butten "open" with the project logo.
after that i got the following error message

"You need Microsoft Project Professional 2002 or Microsoft Office Project
Professional 2003 in order to perform this action.

If you are using either of these versions, verify that a correct account for
this Project Server has been set up and selected by pointing to Enterprise
Options (Tools menu) and then clicking Microsoft Office Project Server
Accounts. If you are unable to start Project with the correct account,
contact your server administrator to make sure that the enterprise features
have been enabled on the Project Server."

and
enterprise featuires in my project are enabled.

Thank you

Prasanna,

I assume you have installed the correct version of Project Professional.
Make sure that the server URL in the Project Server Accounts in Project Pro
(Tools / Enterprise Options / Project Server Accounts) is exactly the same as
the URL in PWA from which you try to start the operation.

Hope this helps...
