Creatting nested fields in VBA

Does anyone have a good sample of how to create nested fields in VBA and
insert them into a document?
Currently I am using autotext entries that contain the actual nested fields
but I need something more dynamic.

Here is the item that is currently inserted via autotext:
{ QUOTE (S) { SEQ S\r { = { SECTION } *10000 + { PAGE \*Arabic }}\h}}
