Criteria No Longer Works

I have an append query to append table A to B in which there is a
criteria in one True/False field that specifies False. Today, I had
to first append some new data to A. Then when I ran the append query,
the new data was not appended to B. I viewed the query results, and
the new data was not in the append query dynaset. Then, I deleted the
criteria and viewed and the new data was in the dynaset. Any idea
what the issue could be? This has always worked before.

Was the query redone/edited so that the False got enclosed in quotes?
