I would like to know if the later versions of MS Projects
like 2000 or 2003 can be used to do critical chain
scheduling according to Dr E Goldrat's theory

Yes, they can; but there are no automated tools (which is what I think
you are after) included with Microsoft product.

This was discussed a while back on this NG ... you may wish to search
