critical error recovery in onenote 2007

I was using onenote to take notes and an audio recording in class when the
computer completely froze. Now onenote will not open and a box comes up with
a few options to fix the problem. I have tried all three options to no avail.
I have also tried to change/repair office through add/remove programs. It
acts like it is going to start the process and then just closes before doing
anything. I have tried deleting notebooks and creating a new user. Nothing
works. Any suggestions?

You might try deleting the Offline cache file. See if this helps:
