Critical Update for Office 2003 French Grammar Checker (KB873381)

I was wondering why this is a critical update. I don't think I would ever
have use for French Grammar Checker? Should I download it anyway?

ACE,
Since the update is rated as "critical", it will be included in a future
service pack and you will eventually install it. As per the rating, we
applied it here on all without any problems.
