Critical updates for Office 2003

How do I know whether there are critical updates available for my program
(Office for Students and Teachers 2003). When I go to updates, there are so
many things listed. Is there any page in Office like there is for XP that
checks which updates are already installed and tells you which are still
needed?

Yes there is. I'm not using office or MS at this time but it used to be
http://officeupdate.microsoft.com

The best way I have found to ensure that Office 2003 and other programs are
up-to-date is to use a program, Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer 1.2.1.,
I have used for a long time from this site.
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/tools/mbsaqa.mspx

When you get to that site, View all answers and the first quetion when
answer provided gives you the option to link to:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=18922

This should be the application: Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer 1.2.1.
Install per instructions and run. Then follow displayed results.
2. Run this application monthly and you should be AOK.
Hope this helps you.
Any questions? Let me know.
