Croping a photo to 5x5 using Microsoft Office Picture Manager?

Does anyone know how I can crop a picture I have to a very specific size - 5"
x 5" - apparently, Microsoft Office Picture Manager only allows for specific
pre-determined crop sizes (so that you can maintain the original ratio of the
pic) of 3"x5", 5"x7", etc. Can anyone please help me? Thanks.
