Hi,
You can also use the Paint program which come free Accessories. This will
help you crop the image and paste them in word using the clipboard.
Note; This create a small file size in your document. Cropping directly in
the document only crops the image. The actual size of the image exists. You
actually displaying a portion of the image which is not the actual size of
the stored image.
Do the following:
1. using the Print Sreen key available on you keyboard, capture the image to
the clipboard.
2. Click the Start button, point to All Programs, and then Accessories, and
then click the Paint.
3. On the Edit menu, click Paste.
The image is pasted in the Paint window. If you are familiar with the Paint
Pallete Although other programs are specifically developed for more advanced
feature of screen capturing, you can successfully perform most of the editing
you require.
4. Click the Select button in the Palatte to mark the image to want to copy.
5. On the Edit menu, click Copy
6. Press the Alt key and using the Tab key slect the Word document where you
want to paste the copied image from the Clipboard.
Note: Most of the image editing can be done using the paint program. I
frequently use this program to accomplish most my required task.
