When the picture is selected, the Picture Tools | Format tab will be
displayed (though you may have to click on it to bring it to the front).
There is a cropping tool in the rightmost (Size) group on that tab. Click on
that to turn it on, then, with the mouse, press on the handle on any side or
corner to crop the image.

Hi All
Good Day !!!!!!!!!!

Is it possible to split a screen shot in word and then delete the splitted
one and combine the remaining .

If an screen shot splitted into three shapes and dlete splitted part 2 and
combine split part 1 and part 3.

Please advise ?

After you have cropped a picture, you can click the Compress Pictures
button, then Options..., one of which (enabled by default) is "Delete
cropped areas of pictures." You can then group your cropped pictures if you
insert them in a drawing canvas.

Getting the pictures into a drawing canvas is no picnic, as I haven't
succeeded in dragging them there, but if they have In Line With Text
wrapping, I am able to cut and paste them. You may find it sufficient just
to arrange your pictures close together without grouping.
